1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@ju-el.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
We will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund based on the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards

6. Exchange Policy

If you’d like a different size, color, or design, we offer exchanges on eligible items.
Return shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
